Review a Flagged Student

Role required: Counselor or Administrator

This workflow takes you from the Counselor Queue through a flagged student’s profile and into a purpose flow.

  1. Go to the Counselor Queue from the left navigation.

  2. The queue shows flagged students sorted by priority (Urgent first, then Standard, then Low) and by date flagged within each priority.

  3. Click the student at the top of your queue to open their profile.

  4. Review the flag details at the top of the profile — the flag type, priority, and any notes attached to the flag.

  5. Review the student’s MN profile — their Nature scores, Intelligence scores, and active NatureTypes.

  6. If a purpose flow is suggested (for example, Triage support needs or Review disengagement), you can enter the flow by clicking it. Purpose flows are optional — dismiss the prompt if you prefer to review the profile directly.

  7. After completing your review or counselor check-in, return to the student profile and mark the flag as Resolved. This removes the student from the active queue.

Caution: Resolving a flag does not delete it. The flag and its history remain on the student’s record. Only the active status changes — the student no longer appears in the queue.

If you believe a flag was set in error, resolve it and add a calibration note explaining the context. This keeps the record accurate without permanently marking the student.
