Profile Completion

Profile completion is the percentage of students who have finished the MN assessment and have an active MN Profile.

Without a completed MN Profile, a student has no data. Their name shows up in rosters. But their profile page is empty — no Nature scores, no Intelligence scores, no NatureTypes, no career starting points.

Staff cannot view a student’s profile until that student has completed the MN assessment.

Profile completion appears in three places:

  • Overview — school-wide completion percentage
  • Classes — completion percentage per class, and individual completion indicators inside each class
  • Reports — completion figures broken down by class

Students access the assessment through a link your school provides. The assessment asks questions about how the student tends to respond to different situations. There are no right or wrong answers.

It takes about 15–25 minutes. Students can pause and return, but the results tend to be more accurate when completed in one sitting with honest, unhurried answers.

Check whether students have their access links. If most of a class has not completed, the most common reason is that students have not received or followed up on their link. Ask your administrator to confirm links have been sent.

Give students dedicated time. Completion is significantly higher when students complete the assessment during a structured school session rather than as homework.

Follow up with students who started but did not finish. A student who began the assessment but stopped is counted as incomplete. A direct reminder to those students specifically tends to be more effective than a general reminder to the whole class.

Contact support@multiplenatures.com if you have questions about getting students through the assessment. It is one of the most common onboarding questions and support can walk you through it.

Students complete the MN assessment once. The resulting profile reflects how they engaged with those questions at that point in time. In v1, students do not retake the assessment within the same school year.

If you believe a student’s profile does not reflect them accurately, you can add a calibration note to their profile (counselors and administrators only), or contact support to discuss reassessment options.
