Quick Profile Drawer
The Quick Profile Drawer is a condensed student summary that opens as a side panel on the right side of the screen. It lets you review a student’s key profile points without navigating away from the page you are on.
Accessible to: Teachers, Counselors, Administrators
What the drawer shows
Section titled “What the drawer shows”- Student name
- Active NatureTypes (names only)
- Summary MN Nature readings (top 3)
- Summary MI Intelligence readings (top 3)
The drawer is intentionally compact. It is designed for quick reference — checking a student’s profile while you are already working in a class list or the queue.
How to open it
Section titled “How to open it”From any page that lists students (Classes, Counselor Queue), click the quick-profile icon next to a student’s name. The drawer opens on the right without leaving the list.
Opening the full profile
Section titled “Opening the full profile”If you need more detail — flags, calibration notes, career starting points, or the full NatureTypes explorer — click Open full profile at the bottom of the drawer. This opens the Student Profile for that student.
Closing the drawer
Section titled “Closing the drawer”Click the × button at the top of the drawer, or click anywhere on the main content area, to close it.
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”The drawer is most useful when you are:
- Moving through a class list and want a quick check on several students in sequence
- In the Counselor Queue and want to preview a student before deciding whether to open their full profile
- In a meeting and need a fast reference without disrupting your current view
