Admin
The Admin page is only accessible to administrators. It is where you manage staff access, review seat usage, and adjust school-level settings.

Note: The Admin page is a prototype in v1. Core settings and staff management work. Billing management and data export are not yet available in the dashboard — contact support@multiplenatures.com for those requests.
Staff management
Section titled “Staff management”Inviting a new staff member
Section titled “Inviting a new staff member”- Open the Admin page.
- Click Invite staff member.
- Enter the staff member’s school email address.
- Select their role: Teacher, Counselor, or Admin.
- Click Send invitation.
The staff member receives an invitation email with a link to create their account. Invitation links expire after 7 days. If the staff member did not receive the email or the link expired, you can resend the invitation from the same interface.

Changing a staff member’s role
Section titled “Changing a staff member’s role”From the staff list on the Admin page, click the staff member’s row. Select a new role from the dropdown and save. The change takes effect immediately — the staff member will see the updated view on their next page load or sign-in.
Removing a staff member
Section titled “Removing a staff member”From the staff list, click the staff member’s row and select Remove access. The staff member’s account is deactivated immediately. Their previous activity (any flags they set, any notes they added) remains in the system.
If a removed staff member attempts to sign in, they will see an “Access denied” message.
Seat usage
Section titled “Seat usage”The Admin page shows how many student seats your school has purchased and how many are currently occupied. A seat is occupied when a student has been assigned to the school in the system — not when they complete the MN assessment.
If you are approaching your seat limit, contact support@multiplenatures.com to add seats.
School settings
Section titled “School settings”Basic school information (name, timezone, primary contact) can be updated from the Admin page. Changes take effect immediately.
What is not yet available in v1
Section titled “What is not yet available in v1”- Billing and payment management (contact support)
- Bulk data export
- SSO or directory integration (e.g., Google Workspace, Azure AD)
- Parent-facing access controls
- Class roster import (classes are currently managed through support)
