Get a Quick Student Summary

Role required: Teacher, Counselor, or Administrator

The Quick Profile Drawer lets you check a student’s key profile points — active NatureTypes and top Nature and Intelligence readings — without navigating away from the page you are on.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”

  1. From any page that lists students (Classes or Counselor Queue), find the student you want to review.

  2. Click the quick-profile icon next to the student’s name. The icon looks like a small person outline with an information symbol.

  3. The Quick Profile Drawer opens on the right side of the screen. It shows the student’s name, active NatureTypes, and summary readings.

  4. Review the information in the drawer.

  5. If you need more detail — flags, calibration notes, career starting points, or the full NatureTypes explorer — click Open full profile at the bottom of the drawer.

  6. To close the drawer without opening the full profile, click the × button at the top of the drawer, or click anywhere in the main content area.

When to use the drawer vs. the full profile

Use the Quick Profile Drawer when:

  • You are moving through a list and want to check several students quickly
  • You need a brief reference during a meeting without switching pages
  • You want to confirm a student’s active NatureTypes before a conversation

Open the full profile when:

  • You need to see support flags
  • You want to review or add calibration notes
  • You want to explore a NatureType in detail
  • You need career starting points for a conversation with the student
