What Students See
The dashboard has two separate views: a staff view (what you use) and a student-facing view. These are entirely separate. Staff information never leaks into what a student sees.
What students can see in their own view
Section titled “What students can see in their own view”Students who have completed the MN assessment have access to a personal view of their own profile. This includes:
- Their Nature scores
- Their Intelligence scores
- Their active NatureTypes and what they mean
- Career starting points connected to their NatureTypes
Students see their own data only. They cannot view any other student’s profile.
What students cannot see — ever
Section titled “What students cannot see — ever”The following items exist only in the staff view. They are never shown to students or parents in any part of the system:
| Item | Why it’s staff-only |
|---|---|
| Support flags | Staff-only markers for counselor attention |
| Flag history | Record of past flags, including resolved ones |
| Counselor Queue | The entire queue is invisible to students |
| Calibration notes | Staff annotations about profile accuracy |
| Staff annotations | Any notes added by teachers or counselors |
| Other students’ profiles | Students see only their own data |
Caution: There is no setting that makes flags or calibration notes visible to students. This is by design — not a configuration option.
Parent access
Section titled “Parent access”Parents do not have a dashboard account in v1. If a parent requests information about their child’s MN profile, that conversation happens directly between school staff and the parent — not through the dashboard.
If your school district requires a specific process for sharing MN profile data with parents, follow your district’s policy. Contact support@multiplenatures.com if you have questions about what data can be shared and in what form.
What happens when a student leaves the school
Section titled “What happens when a student leaves the school”When a student is no longer enrolled, their profile remains in the system but is no longer accessible through the active dashboard. Administrators can request data deletion through support@multiplenatures.com.
