Student data flows between your staff’s browsers and Multiple Natures servers over HTTPS. No data is stored locally on staff devices. No browser extensions are required.

The dashboard does not sync with or connect to your Student Information System (SIS), LMS, or any other district system. Student roster data is managed through the Admin page by your school administrator.

The dashboard uses cookies and browser local storage for session management. No tracking cookies are used. No student data is stored in the browser.

The dashboard relies on a small number of third-party sub-processors to operate (for example, cloud hosting and email delivery). A full sub-processor list is available in the DPA. Contact support@multiplenatures.com to request it.

If your district requires a penetration test report or security audit as part of vendor review, contact support@multiplenatures.com. We will provide available documentation and can discuss your district’s specific requirements.

Multiple Natures International is committed to complying with applicable state student data privacy laws in addition to FERPA. If your state has specific requirements — such as California (SOPIPA/AB 1584), New York (Education Law 2-d), Texas (TCPA), or others — contact support@multiplenatures.com to confirm compliance and obtain any required addenda to the DPA.
