Signing In

The dashboard uses Google Sign-In. You do not create a separate password — you sign in with the Google account associated with your school email address.

  1. Open the link from your invitation email, or go to the dashboard URL your administrator shared with you.

  2. Click Sign in with Google.

  3. Select your school Google account. If you are already signed into Google in your browser, you may be signed in immediately.

  4. You land on the Overview page.

Your session stays active for the duration of a normal school day. If you close the browser and come back later, you may be prompted to sign in again — click Sign in with Google and select your school account.

I clicked “Sign in with Google” but nothing happened.

Your browser may be blocking pop-ups. The Google sign-in flow opens in a pop-up window — allow pop-ups for this site and try again.

I see “Access denied” or “Not authorized.”

Your Google account may not match the email your administrator used when inviting you. Make sure you are selecting your school account, not a personal Gmail. If the right account still shows access denied, ask your administrator to confirm the email address on file or resend the invitation.

I have multiple Google accounts and signed in with the wrong one.

Sign out of the dashboard, click Sign in with Google again, and select your school account.

I used to have access and now I do not.

Your account may have been deactivated by your school administrator. Contact your administrator first — they can reactivate access or confirm whether it was intentional. If you cannot reach your administrator, email support@multiplenatures.com.
