Overview

The Overview is the home page for all staff roles. It shows a high-level picture of your school — how many students have completed their Multiple Natures profile and any patterns that need attention across the student population.

Accessible to: Teachers, Counselors, Administrators

The prominent figure near the top shows the percentage of students at your school who have a complete MN Profile. A complete profile means the student has finished the MN assessment — the questions that generate their Nature and Intelligence scores.

Students without a complete profile have no data to display. Their name appears in rosters, but their profile pages show no scores.

If any students have been flagged for counselor attention, the Overview shows a count. This is an aggregate only — individual student names and flag details are on the Counselor Queue page, accessible to counselors and administrators.

The Overview also displays headline figures across your student population — for example, how many students are currently enrolled, how many classes are active, and how many students have been seen by a counselor recently.

These are read-only. They update as staff use the dashboard and as students complete their profiles.

The Overview does not have actionable items of its own. It is a starting point for navigation:

  • To check profile completion by class, go to Classes.
  • To review flagged students, go to Counselor Queue (counselors and admins only).
  • To see aggregate reports, go to Reports.

Profile completion has not changed in a week.

Students complete the MN assessment on their own. If completion is stalled, confirm students have received their access links. Contact support if you are unsure how students access the assessment.

The aggregate flag count is high. What do I do?

Go to the Counselor Queue and work through the prioritized list. Flags are set by counselors and administrators — a high count means those students are waiting for a counselor check-in.
