Check Class Completion

Role required: Teacher or Administrator

This workflow shows you how to find which students in a class have not yet completed the MN assessment — and therefore have no profile data available.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”

  1. Go to the Classes page from the left navigation.

  2. Find the class you want to check. The profile completion percentage is shown on the right side of each class row.

  3. Click the class row to open the student list for that class.

  4. Students with an incomplete profile are shown with an “Incomplete” or empty indicator next to their name. Students with a complete profile show their active NatureTypes.

  5. Note which students are incomplete. If you need to follow up, use your school’s normal communication channel to remind those students to complete their assessment.

Tips

  • Sort the student list by completion status to see all incomplete students at the top.
  • If most students in a class show as incomplete, check with your administrator to confirm that access links have been sent to those students.
  • If a student says they completed the assessment but still shows as incomplete, contact support@multiplenatures.com — there may be a sync issue.
