Reports
The Reports page shows aggregate profile data across your school or a specific class — readiness indicators that help staff understand patterns across the student population.
Accessible to: Teachers, Counselors, Administrators
What you see on this page
Section titled “What you see on this page”School-level summary
Section titled “School-level summary”At the top of the page, you see figures for the whole school:
- Total students enrolled
- Profile completion percentage
- Aggregate Nature and Intelligence distribution across students who have completed their profiles
These figures update as students complete their assessments.
Drilling into a class
Section titled “Drilling into a class”Click any class row to see the same figures for that class only. From the class view, you can click into individual students to open their Student Profile.
What “readiness indicators” means
Section titled “What “readiness indicators” means”Reports do not show individual student performance. They show population-level patterns — for example, whether a high proportion of students in a class have a strong Linguistic Intelligence profile, which may be relevant to how that class engages with text-heavy tasks.
These indicators are starting points for staff conversations, not conclusions.
Current limitations (v1)
Section titled “Current limitations (v1)”- PDF export is not available in v1. If you need to share report data with district leadership, use screenshots or contact support@multiplenatures.com.
- Filtering by date range is not available in v1.
- Comparison across time periods (e.g., this year vs. last year) is not available in v1.
These capabilities are planned for future releases.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Reports shows different figures than what I see on the Overview.
The Overview shows the live figure. Reports may be cached and can take a short time to update after new students complete their profiles. If the discrepancy persists after 24 hours, contact support.
A class I teach is not showing in Reports.
Classes appear in Reports only after at least one student in that class has completed the MN assessment. If your class has no completions yet, it will not appear until the first student finishes.
