Invite a Staff Member
Role required: Administrator
This workflow walks you through inviting a new staff member and assigning their role.

Go to the Admin page from the left navigation.

Click Invite staff member.

Enter the staff member’s school email address.

Select their role:
- Teacher — access to Overview, Classes, Reports, and student profiles for their classes
- Counselor — access to Overview, Counselor Queue, Reports, and all student profiles
- Admin — full access to all pages, including Admin

Click Send invitation.

The staff member receives an invitation email from
no-reply@multiplenatures.com. The link in that email is valid for 7 days.
If the staff member did not receive the invitation
Section titled “If the staff member did not receive the invitation”- Ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
- Confirm you used their correct school email address.
- If the 7-day window has passed, return to the Admin page, find the staff member in the list, and click Resend invitation.
Changing a role after invitation
Section titled “Changing a role after invitation”If a staff member accepted their invitation with the wrong role, you can change it from the Admin page without resending an invitation. Click the staff member’s row, select a new role, and save. The change takes effect immediately.
Note: There is no limit to the number of staff accounts at a school. Seat limits apply to students, not staff.
