What the evaluation measures, how it works, what happens after you submit, and the terms of access.

Evaluation standard

The evaluation measures demonstrated reasoning, not completion time or consumption. You can read every reference piece in an afternoon and still not pass. You can take six months and do rigorous work with the framework throughout and pass with room to spare. The evaluation cares about what you show in the conversations and your synthesis — not how long it took.

The rubric has six dimensions: situation recognition, framing accuracy, distinction-making, applied reasoning, mode and boundary clarity, and communication clarity. Each dimension is scored. The pass standard requires a minimum threshold across all dimensions. There is no single score that overrides dimension-level results.

AI evaluation

The evaluation is conducted by an AI evaluator working from a structured rubric. This is not a quiz. The evaluator conducts a real conversation, asks follow-up questions, and probes your reasoning — it is not looking for keywords.

What the AI evaluator can do: structured probing, iterative questioning, rubric-based scoring, written feedback. What it cannot do: certify your general professional competence, evaluate your therapeutic judgment, or assess who you are as a practitioner outside the situations in the program.

Every evaluation stores: the conversation transcript, rubric dimension scores, model and prompt version, and timestamp. This record exists for every evaluation, always.

Access terms

Access is granted immediately on payment. You receive full access to the certification environment for 12 months from the date of purchase. That is enough time to complete the program multiple times.

There is no live component, no cohort calendar, no scheduled sessions. You work at your own pace.

Revision

If you are asked to revise, you receive specific written feedback on which dimensions need development and what needs to change. You resubmit those sections — you do not restart the whole program. There is no additional cost for revisions during the 12-month access window.

Revision is expected. It is how the evaluation works. The pass decision is based on your best-demonstrated reasoning, not your first attempt.

Not yet ready

If the evaluation returns a "not yet ready" result, it means the gaps found are significant enough that revision of isolated sections would not address them. You receive a full explanation of what was found. You may return to the certification environment when you have done more work with the framework. Re-entry would require a new purchase.

"Not yet ready" is not a permanent judgment. It is a specific result at a specific point in time.

Refunds

Because access is granted immediately and evaluation begins immediately, refunds are not available once the certification environment has been entered. If you purchased but have not entered the evaluation environment, contact us within 7 days at practitioners@multiplenatures.com.

What the certification does not cover

The MN Practitioner Certification is not a license to practice therapy, counseling, or clinical psychology. It is not a substitute for your professional credentials. It does not confer membership in any organization. It does not grant permission to modify or republish the Multiple Natures framework.

What it grants: the right to represent yourself as a certified MN practitioner and to use the framework in your professional work.
