Level N · Nature
The foundational credential for professionals working with the Multiple Natures® framework. Seven phases. Seven competency gates. About 57 hours of study, practice, and review. Minimum three real client cases. Earned by demonstrated competence — not by completing a module sequence.
Course path
The program is gated, but the learner path is still concrete. You move through seven phases, submit work at each stage, and build toward a final portfolio reviewed by Steven. The estimated workload is about 57 hours.
4h
Entering the Discipline
Understand portfolio certification, Steven's reviewer role, the origins of the framework, and the AI judgment hierarchy.
Entry statement and live case contrast response.
6h
How Nature Works
Learn how Nature differs from skills, strengths language, coaching vocabulary, and loose personality labeling.
Misread corrections, counter-narrative drills, and Language Gate.
10h
Natures and Intelligences in Depth
Study all nine Natures and ten Intelligences, including adjacent confusions and profile composition.
Nature write-ups, profile interpretations, and Profile Interpretation Gate.
6h
Diagnostic Assessment
Distinguish native traits from compensation, drain, dormancy, suppression, and misfire in case material.
Differential diagnosis write-ups, invariant drills, and Failure Mode Gate.
8h
Instrument, Protocol, and Written Interpretation
Use the MNTEST, run the live 19-trait protocol, produce written interpretations, and annotate AI-assisted preparation.
Recorded practice run, three interpretations, AI drill annotation.
9h
Client Delivery, Ethics, and Scope
Practice the 60-minute session, hold the five practitioner invariants, and learn when to refer.
Recorded role-play sessions, delivery drills, Scope Gate, and Delivery Gate.
14h
Portfolio Certification
Complete real client cases from intake through MNTEST, live protocol, written interpretation, session delivery, and case notes.
Minimum three client case files, recorded sessions, AI evidence, Portfolio Gate, and AI Gate.
Estimated workload: about 57 hours of study, practice, review, and portfolio work. Certification depends on demonstrated competence, so additional case work may be required if the portfolio is not yet strong enough.

Passing the seven gates certifies that you can apply the Nature level of the framework with clients, not merely explain it.
Administer the MNTEST and explain what it returns, what it does not return, and how to use it responsibly.
Interpret Nature and Intelligence profiles compositionally without reducing the person to a type or label.
Produce written interpretations and deliver a 60-minute Nature session without over-claiming or crossing scope.
Use AI for preparation and documentation without letting it replace practitioner judgment.
Certified practitioners may represent themselves as Certified MN Practitioners in the directory and in professional communications.
A background in direct people work is expected. The program does not teach general coaching or facilitation — it trains you to apply the Multiple Natures framework specifically.
This credential covers Nature and Intelligence profiling — the first layer of the Renergence diagnostic. It does not authorize:
Those are covered in the Situation and Orientation practitioner levels. Each level is standalone and may be taken in any order. Holding all three levels confers the full Certified Renergence Practitioner title.
Certification
The gates are how Steven decides whether the work is ready. They are assessed through submitted evidence: written interpretations, recorded sessions, client case files, drill responses, and the reasoning trail behind the work.
You study the Nature framework, the MNTEST, trait interpretation, failure modes, scope, and the practitioner language standard.
You submit written work, practice recordings, case notes, interpretations, and client-session evidence as the course progresses.
Steven reviews the portfolio directly. Completion is not enough; the submitted work has to meet the standard.
Language Gate
Can the practitioner describe Nature without defining identity? Framework language, not identity language. Traits distinguished from skills. Assessed in Phases 2 and 6 (delivery version).
Scope Gate
Can the practitioner identify when not to proceed and when to refer? Stacked diagnostic applied correctly. Clinical line articulated. Scope not expanded under pressure from adjacent complexity.
Profile Interpretation Gate
Can the practitioner interpret Natures and Intelligences compositionally? Dominant, secondary, and thin correctly identified. Profile not reduced to a type. Oral checkpoint with Steven.
Failure Mode Gate
Can the practitioner distinguish dormancy, suppression, misfire, and compensation in live case material? Three modes not collapsed into one. Correct sub-mechanism identified for misfire.
Delivery Gate
Can the practitioner conduct a 60-minute session without over-explaining, over-claiming, or crossing the clinical line? Recorded and reviewed by Steven. No identity-labeling. No advice-giving. Invariants held in the room, not recited.
AI Gate
Can the practitioner use AI without letting it substitute for diagnostic judgment? AI literacy drill passed. Portfolio shows the practitioner's own reasoning trail throughout — not AI output passed through as judgment.
Portfolio Gate
Does the practitioner's case record demonstrate competence over time — not just in one session? Minimum three complete client case files. Language gate holds across all cases. Scope maintained throughout. Steven reviews everything.

The other levels
The Situation level (€2,700) trains reading what the person's situation is asking of them and what it is costing. The Orientation level (€2,700) trains attending position, response mode, and frame work. Each level is standalone — practitioners take them in any order. Holding all three confers the full Certified Renergence Practitioner title with no separate program to enroll in. Enrolling two levels at the same time: €5,000. All three: €7,200.
