Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Multiple Natures International website, applications, products, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

If you register for an account, submit any material to the Service, or use any Service feature, we will ask you to expressly agree to these Terms. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for an individual consumer account; by using the Service or agreeing to these Terms, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Students under eighteen (18) may use the Service only through a school, school district, or other educational institution that has entered into a written agreement with us, in accordance with Section 13.

The Service uses cookies; by using the Service or agreeing to these Terms, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

• "MNI," "we," "us," "our" — Multiple Natures International, LLC.
• "You," "your" — the individual or entity using the Service.
• "Service" — the website, applications, AI-powered tools, MNTEST and other diagnostic instruments, books, courses, APIs, practitioner directory, and related offerings.
• "AI-Powered Tool" — a Service feature that processes inputs through a third-party large-language-model API to generate output (see Section 11).
• "MNTEST Standard" — the deterministic, algorithmically scored psychometric instrument; it does not use AI.
• "Educational Institution" — a school, school district, university, or other entity engaging us under a written educational-deployment agreement, including a Data Privacy Agreement where required by law.
• "Practitioner" — an individual licensed by us to deliver Multiple Natures-based services under a separate practitioner agreement.
• "Your Content" — all material you submit to the Service.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Copyright © 2008–2026 Multiple Natures International, LLC. Subject to the express provisions of these Terms: we, together with our licensors, own and control all the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service and the material on the Service, including the "Multiple Natures®" mark, the MN framework, the MNTEST instrument, and all derivative materials. All copyright and other intellectual property rights are reserved.

"Multiple Natures®" is a registered trademark of Multiple Natures International, LLC. Renergence™, MNTEST™, and MN Situation Map™ are trademarks of Multiple Natures International, LLC. Use of our trademarks is governed by our trademark policy and any separate license agreement.

4. License to Use the Website

You may:

• View pages from the Service in a web browser;
• Cache pages from the Service in a web browser;
• Print individual pages of the Service for personal, non-commercial reference;
• Stream audio and video files made available through the Service;
• Use Service features by means of a web browser or app, subject to these Terms.

Except as expressly permitted above or elsewhere in these Terms, you must not download, copy, or save material from the Service. The Service is for personal and internal business purposes only.

Unless you own or control the relevant rights in the material, you must not: republish material from the Service; sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Service; show material from the Service in public; exploit material from the Service for a commercial purpose; or redistribute material from the Service.

We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of the Service, or the Service in whole, at our discretion. You must not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access-restriction measure.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Service or impairment of its performance, availability, or accessibility;
• Use the Service in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity;
• Use the Service to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute material that consists of (or is linked to) spyware, malware, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, keystroke loggers, rootkits, or other malicious code;
• Conduct any systematic or automated data-collection activity (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction, or data harvesting) on or in relation to the Service without our express written consent;
• Access or otherwise interact with the Service using any robot, spider, or other automated means, except for the purpose of legitimate search-engine indexing;
• Violate the directives in our robots.txt file;
• Use data collected from the Service for any direct-marketing activity, including without limitation email marketing, SMS marketing, telemarketing, and direct mailing;
• Use the Service to develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, except under a separately executed written license from MNI;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of any non-public component of the Service;
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes any intellectual-property right, violates privacy or publicity rights, or violates applicable law.

You must ensure that all information you supply through the Service is true, accurate, current, complete, and non-misleading.

6. Registration and Accounts

To be eligible for an individual account, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. You may register for an account by completing and submitting the registration form and clicking the verification link in the confirmation email we send. You must not allow any other person to use your account. You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. You must not use any other person's account to access the Service without that person's express permission.

7. User Login Details

You will be asked to choose a user ID and password. Your user ID must not be liable to mislead, must not impersonate any person, and must comply with our content rules. You must keep your password confidential and notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any disclosure of your password. You are responsible for any activity arising out of any failure to keep your password confidential.

8. Cancellation and Suspension

We may suspend your account, cancel your account, and/or edit your account details at any time in our sole discretion, with reasonable notice except where immediate action is required to address a security risk, breach of these Terms, or legal obligation. You may cancel your account at any time using your account control panel or by emailing support@multiplenatures.com.

9. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

9.1 Pricing and Payment

Prices for products are stated in United States Dollars unless otherwise indicated. Payment is processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the amount due.

9.2 Digital Goods and Books

Digital goods (e.g., ebooks, courses, downloadable reports) are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the digital good for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display digital goods.

9.3 Diagnostic Tools and Subscriptions

Access to diagnostic tools and subscription services is granted for the term you have purchased. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date.

9.4 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted to support@multiplenatures.com. The following posture applies, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights under applicable law:

• Digital books and ebooks: full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if the file has not been downloaded or accessed.
• Diagnostic outputs (e.g., MN Situation Map, MN Insights, MN Career Explorer): non-refundable once the output has been generated, because the output is the deliverable.
• Courses and training programs: full refund within fourteen (14) days of enrollment, provided that fewer than twenty-five percent (25%) of the course has been completed.
• Subscriptions: cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period; no prorated refund is provided for the unused portion of the current period.
• Practitioner license fees and certification fees: non-refundable once the license has been issued or training has commenced.
• API and developer plans: non-refundable for the current billing period; cancellation takes effect at the next renewal.

EU / UK consumers. If you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content within fourteen (14) days of purchase, except where you have given express prior consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. For products that begin delivering value immediately upon purchase (e.g., diagnostic outputs, subscription access, course access), you will be asked at checkout to provide that consent and acknowledgement.

We may grant goodwill refunds outside of the above posture at our sole discretion.

9.5 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental fees, except for taxes based on our net income.

9.6 Discount Codes and Practitioner Referrals

Discount codes are non-transferable and may be revoked at our discretion. Practitioner referral codes are governed by the separate practitioner agreement.

10. Your Content: License and Rules

10.1 License to MNI

"Your Content" means all works and materials (including without limitation text, graphics, images, audio, video, audio-visual material, scripts, software, and files) that you submit to the Service for storage, processing, transmission, or display. You grant MNI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, adapt, translate, transmit, and display Your Content for the limited purpose of operating and providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete Your Content from the Service, except to the extent retention is required for legal, accounting, security, or backup purposes.

For the avoidance of doubt: we do not use Your Content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine-learning model. This is a binding contractual commitment, also reflected in our Privacy Policy § 9.5.

10.2 Rules for Your Content

You warrant and represent that Your Content complies with these Terms and applicable law. Your Content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any person's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action against any person. Your Content must not:

• Be libelous or maliciously false;
• Be obscene or indecent;
• Infringe any copyright, moral right, database right, trademark, design right, right of passing off, or other intellectual-property right;
• Infringe any right of confidence, right of privacy, or right under data-protection legislation;
• Constitute negligent advice or contain any negligent statement;
• Constitute incitement to commit a crime, instructions for the commission of a crime, or the promotion of criminal activity;
• Be in contempt of any court or in breach of any court order;
• Be in breach of racial- or religious-hatred or discrimination legislation;
• Be pornographic, lewd, suggestive, or sexually explicit;
• Be untrue, false, inaccurate, or misleading;
• Consist of or contain any instructions, advice, or other information which, if acted upon, could cause illness, injury, death, or other loss or damage;
• Constitute spam;
• Be offensive, deceptive, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, anti-social, menacing, hateful, discriminatory, or inflammatory;
• Cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety to any person.

Without prejudice to our other rights, if you breach any provision of these Terms, or if we reasonably suspect that you have done so, we may delete, unpublish, or edit any or all of Your Content.

11. AI-Powered Tools

Some Service features (including the MN Situation Map, MN Insights, MN Career Explorer, and certain API endpoints) are AI-Powered Tools and use third-party large-language-model APIs (currently Anthropic Claude) to generate output from your inputs.

• AI-Powered Tools may produce output that is incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate. Output is generated probabilistically and may vary across runs.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for any purpose.
• AI output is not professional, medical, legal, financial, employment, educational-placement, or psychological advice.
• We do not guarantee continuous availability of any specific AI provider or model. We may substitute providers or models with reasonable notice.
• We do not, and our AI providers contractually do not, use your inputs or generated outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve AI or machine-learning models.

Section 12 (Diagnostic Outputs — Advisory Only) applies to AI-Powered Tools and to non-AI diagnostic instruments alike.

12. Diagnostic Outputs — Advisory Only

MNI shall not be responsible for advice given by any practitioner, coach, counselor, educator, or third party with whom you contact or contract for guidance, even if that party references MNI's framework or output.

If you are experiencing a mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified mental-health professional. The Service is not a crisis-intervention tool.

13. Educational Institution Deployments

When the Service is provided to or through a school, school district, university, or other educational institution ("Educational Institution"), the following additional terms apply:

• Use is governed by a separately executed written agreement between MNI and the Educational Institution, including, where required, a Data Privacy Agreement under New York Education Law § 2-d / 8 NYCRR Part 121 or analogous state law.
• The Educational Institution is the records-custodian under FERPA (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 C.F.R. Part 99). MNI acts as a "school official" with a "legitimate educational interest" under 34 C.F.R. § 99.31(a)(1)(i)(B), under the direct control of the institution.
• For students under thirteen (13) in the United States, MNI relies on the FTC-recognized "school authorization" framework for COPPA verifiable parental consent (15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506; 16 C.F.R. Part 312).
• Student personally identifiable information will not be sold, used for marketing, used to train AI models, or otherwise used outside the contracted educational purpose.
• On expiration or termination, Student PII will be returned or deleted as instructed by the Educational Institution.
• Detailed obligations are set out in the Privacy Policy §§ 2 and 9.

14. Practitioner Licensing and Certification

Practitioners are licensed under a separate practitioner agreement that supplements these Terms. Without limiting that agreement:

• Practitioner status does not make a practitioner an employee, partner, agent, or joint-venturer of MNI.
• Practitioners may use the "Multiple Natures®" mark only as expressly permitted by the practitioner agreement.
• Practitioners must not represent themselves as authorized by MNI beyond the scope of their written license.
• Practitioners are solely responsible for the advice, services, and results they deliver to their clients.
• MNI may suspend or terminate a practitioner license for breach of the practitioner agreement, these Terms, applicable law, or for conduct that, in MNI's reasonable judgment, harms users or the integrity of the Multiple Natures framework.

15. API and Developer Terms

If you access MNI APIs, the following additional terms apply:

• API access is granted under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license, subject to your written acceptance of any developer-specific terms and any applicable rate limits.
• You must not exceed published rate limits, attempt to circumvent quotas, or otherwise abuse the API.
• You must not use the API to develop a product that competes with MNI's diagnostic instruments, AI-powered tools, or framework offerings, except under a separately negotiated license.
• You must not use API output to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark any AI or machine-learning model, except under a separately executed written license.
• You must clearly attribute MNI as the source of API output where required by the developer terms.
• We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue any API endpoint with reasonable notice, except where immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.

16. Limited Warranties

We do not warrant or represent:

• The completeness or accuracy of information published on the Service;
• That material on the Service is up to date;
• That the Service or any feature will remain available;
• That AI-Powered Tools will produce any particular result.

We reserve the right to discontinue or alter any or all of our Service features, and to stop publishing the Service, at any time in our sole discretion. Except as expressly provided otherwise in these Terms, you will not be entitled to any compensation upon discontinuance or alteration.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and subject to Section 17, we exclude all representations and warranties relating to the subject matter of these Terms, the Service, and the use of the Service. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

17. Limitations and Exclusions of Liability

Nothing in these Terms will:

• Limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
• Limit or exclude any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• Limit any liability in any way that is not permitted under applicable law;
• Exclude any liability that may not be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the foregoing, the limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this section govern all liabilities arising under these Terms or relating to the subject matter of these Terms, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence), and for breach of statutory duty.

To the extent the Service is provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

All information provided through the Service is educational in nature only. MNI shall not be responsible for advice given by any practitioner, coach, counselor, or other party with whom you contact or contract for guidance.

We will not be liable to you for any losses arising out of any event beyond our reasonable control.

We will not be liable to you for any business losses, including without limitation loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities, or goodwill.

We will not be liable to you for any loss or corruption of any data, database, or software.

We will not be liable to you for any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to MNI in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States Dollars (US$100).

You accept that we have an interest in limiting the personal liability of our officers and employees. You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against our officers or employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the Service or these Terms.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MNI, its officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; (d) your misuse of AI-Powered Tools or API; or (e) your reliance on diagnostic output as anything other than advisory information.

19. Breaches of These Terms

Without prejudice to our other rights, if you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably suspect that you have done so, we may:

• Send you one or more formal warnings;
• Temporarily suspend your access to the Service;
• Permanently prohibit you from accessing the Service;
• Block computers using your IP address from accessing the Service;
• Contact your internet service providers and request that they block your access to the Service;
• Commence legal action against you, whether for breach of contract or otherwise;
• Suspend or delete your account.

Where we suspend, prohibit, or block your access to the Service or any part of it, you must not take any action to circumvent such measure (including by creating or using a different account).

20. Variation

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms shall apply to use of the Service from the date of publication of the revised Terms on the Service. For material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice through the Service or by email if you have an account. If you have given express agreement to these Terms, we will ask for your express agreement to any material revision; if you do not give that agreement within such period as we may specify, we may disable or delete your account, and you must stop using the Service.

21. Assignment

You agree that we may assign, transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these Terms. You may not, without our prior written consent, assign, transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise deal with any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

22. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

23. Third-Party Rights

A contract under these Terms is for our benefit and your benefit, and is not intended to benefit or be enforceable by any third party. The exercise of the parties' rights under a contract under these Terms is not subject to the consent of any third party.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-, deployment-, practitioner-, or developer-specific agreement we execute with you, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Service and supersede all previous agreements between you and us in relation to your use of the Service.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, USA, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual-property rights.
